Clear Oak is perched atop a ridgeline with unobstructed views of the San Fernando Valley and the surrounding San Gabriel Mountains. This mid-century home was completely renovated with a new landscape masterplan to capitalize on an expanded program of usable space for the one acre site. The design juxtaposed modern architectural forms with a draught tolerant landscape befitting the hillside locale.   Featured in Wallpaper* and Dwell.
